Worldwide Shipping

Yes, Coupons by Mon ships worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items included in your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

You'll always be able to see the applicable shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and available tracking information.

Returns

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwelded and returned in their original condition.

Products that have been welded, tacked, ground, cut, altered, assembled or otherwise used are not eligible for return.

To request a return, contact support@couponsbymon.com with your order number and reason for the return before sending your order back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Coupons by Mon does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping expenses.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an order, as Coupons by Mon is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact support@couponsbymon.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please contact us before returning any damaged, defective or incorrect products.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact support@couponsbymon.com so we can help you review the shipment.

Coupons by Mon is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We'll do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has entered processing, packing or has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
