Coupons by Mon welding coupons and projects are intended for welding practice, training and skill development.

Our products are not structural components and should not be used in load-bearing, safety-critical, pressure-containing, automotive structural, aerospace structural, or other applications for which they have not been specifically designed, tested, certified, or approved.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Coupons by Mon products are not certification tests and completion of a product or the Coupons by Mon Progression does not constitute a professional qualification, welding certification, license, or guarantee of competency.

3. Welding Safety

Welding, cutting, grinding, fabrication and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to burns, electric shock, fire, fumes and gases, ultraviolet and infrared radiation, eye injury, cuts, noise, hot metal and other hazards.

By purchasing or using a Coupons by Mon product, you acknowledge that you are responsible for using appropriate welding procedures, personal protective equipment, ventilation, tools, equipment and safety precautions.

Products should only be used in a suitable welding environment and in accordance with applicable equipment manufacturer instructions, workplace procedures, laws, regulations and recognized safety practices.

Individuals who do not have the necessary knowledge or experience to weld safely should undertake welding activities only under appropriate instruction or supervision.

4. Product Specifications

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, material grades, thicknesses, photographs and specifications.

Because our products are manufactured from metal and undergo cutting, handling, packaging and other manufacturing processes, minor variations may occur between individual products.

Material thicknesses may also be subject to standard manufacturing tolerances.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Surface finish, coloration, markings, grain, texture and other characteristics may vary between batches and materials.

We reserve the right to make reasonable improvements or modifications to product specifications without prior notice, provided those changes do not materially alter the intended purpose of the product.

5. Material Information

Material grades and specifications are identified on applicable product pages.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product specifications before purchase to ensure the selected material is appropriate for their intended practice.

References to gauge, fractional thickness, decimal thickness or metric measurements may include nominal or approximate equivalents where clearly identified.

6. The Coupons by Mon Progression

The Coupons by Mon Progression is an optional structured practice pathway designed to encourage continuous welding skill development across different projects and materials.

Customers are free to purchase and complete products in any order.

The recommended progression is provided for educational and practice purposes only. Individual skill levels, welding processes, equipment, instruction and learning requirements vary, and completing the progression does not guarantee any particular level of welding proficiency, employment outcome, certification or qualification.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties or other fees will be displayed or calculated where applicable during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding where required.

8. Orders, Payment, Changes & Cancellations

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Submission of an order does not necessarily constitute acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, product availability or misuse of our website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has entered processing, packing or has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

9. Shipping

We strive to process and dispatch orders in a timely manner.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect delivery information and other transportation disruptions.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Coupons by Mon is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

10. International Orders

Coupons by Mon offers international shipping to available destinations.

International customers are responsible for understanding any import restrictions that may apply in their destination country.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges and other destination-country fees may apply and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery times may vary due to customs and carrier processing.

11. Returns

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unwelded and returned in their original condition.

Products that have been welded, tacked, ground, cut, altered, assembled or otherwise used are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Coupons by Mon does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping expenses.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an order, as Coupons by Mon is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Before returning an item, please contact support@couponsbymon.com so we can review the request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact support@couponsbymon.com as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable so we can review the issue.

We may request additional photographs, packaging information, order details or other reasonable information to help us evaluate and resolve the issue.

Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit or another reasonable resolution.

Please contact us before returning any damaged, defective or incorrect product so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

13. Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank, credit card provider or payment processor to reflect the refund in your account.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Product Use & Finished Projects

The quality and characteristics of a completed welding project depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the user's welding process, machine settings, filler material, shielding gas, preparation, technique, equipment, experience and working environment.

Coupons by Mon does not guarantee the appearance, strength, mechanical properties, metallurgical properties or performance of a customer's completed weld or finished project.

Customers are responsible for determining when a completed project is safe and appropriate for any subsequent use or display.

15. Educational Information

Any welding information, suggested progression, educational content, product guidance, demonstrations, videos, articles, social media content or other resources provided by Coupons by Mon are intended for general informational and educational purposes.

Such information is not a substitute for appropriate hands-on training, professional instruction, workplace procedures, equipment manufacturer requirements, engineering specifications, welding procedure specifications, applicable codes or certification requirements.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Coupons by Mon name, branding, logos, product graphics, website content, photographs, videos, written materials, progression system, educational resources, packaging designs and original product-related content are owned by or licensed to Coupons by Mon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, republish, modify, copy or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Coupons by Mon content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with that product.
